As a communications consultant
- I produce and implement your communications strategy, covering print, online, media, crisis and emergency. I include objectives, recruitment, budget and reporting.
- I supervise your communications plan, with a clear project plan with key milestones and resources needed.
As a digital project manager
- I lead the project from the start to the final delivery. My job is to make sure your project meets your needs and your deadlines.
- I collect your requirements and I set up the project plan. I then coordinate the project team (usually communications, IT, Leadership…), involve the relevant departments, recruit external vendors, manage the budget, provide the documentation and train users.
As a designer
I create your illustrations and infographics, and I design your documents.
