At the start of the COVID lockdown in March 2020 our church was no longer able to meet physically. This led to the need to pivot fast. Loyola seeing the need volunteered her expertise to guide us through this challenging period. She proposed an online church solution, and led the team to ensure the services were edited and aired to a high standard guiding us through communication, video and editing decisions. She also was the chief video editor ensuring an excellent church experience for our on-line viewers. Her leadership and expertise has led us to seeing a whole new way of doing church through seeing this period not as an interruption but a disruption to the way we do things
